    By downloading, installing, or using the Pass the Phone mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

    2. Use License

    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

    • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
    • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
    • Transfer the App to another person or "mirror" the App on any other server
    • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

    3. User Conduct

    When using Pass the Phone, you agree to:

    • Use the App in a responsible and respectful manner
    • Not use the App to harass, bully, or harm others
    • Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
    • Take responsibility for maintaining a positive environment during gameplay

    4. Age Restrictions

    Pass the Phone is intended for users 13 years of age and older. Certain content within the App ("Adult Mode") is restricted to users 18 years of age and older.

    By accessing Adult Mode, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We are not responsible for minors who access age-restricted content through false age verification.

    5. In-App Purchases

    Pass the Phone offers optional in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:

    • Pay the stated price for the item or feature
    • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
    • Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

    6. Intellectual Property

    The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to prompts, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software), is owned by Pass the Phone and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PASS THE PHONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

    9. Content Disclaimer

    The prompts in Pass the Phone are designed for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as advice. We are not responsible for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from gameplay. Players should use their own judgment and discretion.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
