The game runs on exactly one phone, the one already on the coffee table. Add everyone's name (min 3, max 8), pick a mode, pick how many prompts you want in a round, and hit start. A prompt appears, say "Pass the phone to the one most likely to send a 2am text," and whoever reads it picks a player and hands the phone over. The selected player reads the next prompt. That's it. Next prompt, same flow.
After the last prompt, the reveal screen shows who picked whom for each prompt. Then the Wrapped summary shows the highlights: who got picked most (the phone magnet), who got picked least (under the radar), and which pairs agreed on each other (mutual selections). Friends & Family is the tamer free mode and the better fit for mixed company, such as parents and in-laws at a holiday dinner. Party Starter is written for friends: it includes Wild and Embarrassing prompts about exes, flirting and dating stories, and the app cannot filter them out. The App Store rates the app 17+.
