The game runs on exactly one phone, the one already on the coffee table. Add everyone's name (min 3, max 8), pick a mode, pick how many prompts you want in a round, and hit start. A prompt appears, say "Pass the phone to the one most likely to send a 2am text," and whoever reads it picks a player and hands the phone over. The selected player reads the next prompt. That's it.
